Plans for entertainment complex to become office block

A major entertainment space in Oranmore could be set for transformation.
Siorap Limited – headed up by Siobhan Cullinan and Orlagh Connolly – is seeking planning permission for a change of use from existing entertainment and restaurant use to offices at City Limits, Carrowmoneash.
The plans include the installation of a mezzanine floor within an existing double height space.
It would also entail the insertion of a glazed atrium to the rear of the building with changes to the front and back facades.
A decision is due from the county council planning department in early December
