Leisureland board to discuss suggestions from public

The board of Leisureland will hold a special meeting today to discuss the first round suggestions gathered from a public consultation.
The consultation took place earlier this month and involved feedback sessions with local interest groups, the public and other stakeholders.
Consultancy firm Sport Leisure Culture has provided a draft of initial suggestions which will be discussed at Friday’s meeting.
It’s part of a wider feasibility study on the site and the wider complex.
The funfair site is currently only used for four months of the year.
