Thousands of people are gathering in the city this evening for the annual Macnas Halloween parade.
The theme of this years spectacle is ‘Savage Grace’ and is being billed as a deliriously dark and delicious waltz between love and loss.
Hundreds of volunteers are taking to the streets to bring visions of birth, a wedding and a funeral and everything in between to life in vivid, colorful detail.
The Halloween parade will get underway at 5.30pm from Fisheries Field.s
