Average Galway home has contents worth €39,000

The average home in Galway has contents valued at almost €39,000.
That’s according to the latest figures from AA Insurance.
Galway’s average home contents value has increased by €1,000 since last year.
Homeowners in County Wicklow tend to have the highest value home contents at almost €47,000, followed by Meath and Dublin.
AA says it’s important for homeowners to have their contents valued correctly for insurance, in case of a fire or other emergency.
