NUIG students given answers with economic exam paper

NUI Galway is investigating an issue which arose with an exam paper this week.
The university has not confirmed the nature of the problem, but according to Galway Bay fm, the answers to the questions were included on the paper.
The issue emerged when economics students opened their papers in the exam hall this week.
Due to an apparent error, the students were provided with a set of questions – and the solution to the questions.
In a statement, NUI Galway said the issue was dealt with promptly, and that the university is satisfied that the necessary measures were taken to ensure that students are not adversely impacted.
The college has declined to elaborate on the nature of the measures taken.
