One hundred new jobs have been announced for Galway as two technology companies merge.
Ballybrit based companies ICE Cube and Tec Support have announced their planned expansion and the new jobs will come on stream over the next three years.
ICE cube has been providing software solutions, I.T. consultancy and support primarily to the credit union, marts and quarry industries for over 40 years.
Tec Support is an IT support and maintenance business delivering IT consultancy and project management nationwide for almost a decade.
The new merger company is called Intuity.
Commercial Director of ICE cube, Gerard Cox, says the new positions will include graduate positions, and jobs in IT, sales and marketing.
