Death of woman found at Merlin Woods ‘not suspicious’

Gardai are not treating the death of a woman whose body was discovered at Merlin Woods as suspicious.
It’s understood a member of the public made the discovery this afternoon at around 3.30pm.
The body of the woman has not yet been identified.
Searches have been taking place for a city woman last seen in the Salthill area on Wednesday.
Emergency Services are at the scene this evening, which has been sealed off for a technical examination.
