Council in bid to ensure effective CCTV in Ballinasloe

Galway County Council is working to solve a series of problems with the CCTV system in Ballinasloe town.
The council executive says a number of problems have been encountered with the system.
It says it’s working with the service provider to solve these issues in a bid to ensure that the town’s CCTV cameras are working effectively.
The council says any required works on the system will be carried out as soon as possible, subject to the availability of resources.
