More time is being sought for a residential development in Kinvara.
Mike Burke has applied for an extension of planning permission for a 46-house development at Dungory West.
The property market downturn is being blamed for the delay in getting the project started within the initial five-year permission period
It’s now hoped that work will begin next summer – if an extension of time is granted.
The county council will make a decision in the coming weeks.
