Up to 20,000 visitors are expected in Galway tomorrow to mark the final day of the 2016 Galway Science & Technology Festival.
Now in it’s 19th year, the annual festival is Ireland largest science exhibition and aims to showcase both sectors to the public with a range of family friendly events.
The festival will tomorrow host 80 interactive exhibitions from Galway-based global technology and med-tech companies, schools, colleges and research institutes.
Along included in tomorrows schedule are 30 family science shows and workshops, including magic bubble workshops, Lego robotics, and a 3D tour of the universe.
The final day exhibition is free to the public and will get underway at the Bailey Allen Hall at NUI Galway tomorrow at 10am.
