Around 270 homes are still without power following major outages across the county overnight caused by Storm Doris.
Electricity supply has been restored to some homes in the East Galway area – this morning over 2,000 Galway homes were left in the dark.
A fault at Clifden is still being repaired, leaving some homes in the area and on Inishbofin without electricity.
In the Lawrencetown area, 73 homes remain without power.
A total of 28 homes in the Athenry and Loughrea areas are also affected.
ESB hopes to have power restored by 10 tonight.
