Clifden has the highest driving test pass rate in the county.
There are four driving test centres across Galway – the city, Clifden, Tuam and Loughrea.
Learners who take their test in Clifden have more than a 68 per cent chance of passing, while Loughrea follows close behind with a success rate of two thirds.
Tuam has a pass rate of 64 per cent, while those who take their test in the city have a slightly less chance of success at 62 per cent.
The success rate at each of Galway’s four driving test centres stands significantly above the national average pf 53 per cent.
